Really easy to get to our hostel because it's just beside central station. The rail links seem pretty good here. We'd planned to pay for the airporter bus but it was dead cheap and quick to take the train, another tip from the American man on the flight. The hostel is really nice, great location and clean safe etc. There's a big oscar trophy in the lobby cause they won the best large hostel in the world award! We got in at 8am expecting to have to wait till 12 to check in but they let us go straight up to the room which was really welcome. Had a wee sleep and got up and took the train to the harbour beside the opera house. It was a beautiful as we expected and the weather's fine, warm enough for this time of year – 15 degrees or there abouts (back to celcius now that we’ve left America!)

Hi David and Christine!! Just catching up on the photos. Glad you've made to Sydney OK. I hear that a flat and jobs have been sorted. Let's have more detail, and keep the photos coming.
Great news about the jobs. Missing you alot. Especially missing Dave 'cos our tiscali is playing up. Homepage and email page will not load properly. Just had a lovely conversation with an indian lady. If I had any hair I'd be tearing it out.
Let us know more info bout the jobs etc.

Jobs! What jobs? Will have to check out with your Mum n Dad. Derry won today. No news of Paul, whether or not he played. How big is your flat? Is there room on the floor for a fat baldy guy?
Hey everyone. Sorry we have not been updating the blog as much. We have been really really busy at the minute. We joined a few recruitment companies and they really pester us for work. We both start this week. I had a training day on Friday. I'm working at a college and I have to enroll and register students. I thought it would be Ok but the computer program is quite tricky and the student time tables ALWAYS clash!!! Its only for 5 days so I hope to get a longer and less stressfull job when I'm done. Our flat is AMAZING!!!! I just look at it and smile! I love our fridge, our clean cupboards, our toilet, our big massy room and so on. Its great. Our wee suburb is so lovely - a bit like Greenich Village. Please write to us if you like. Last week was so hectic for us. there were a few tears from me, Tuesday was particularly harsh. The stormy weather has been a nightmare too and I stink - really bad. But we have managed to get through it and the sun is back shinning. I know it will get better especially now that we have a class place to live and we are really enjoying cooking. Dave has made me eggs every morning so far. We are both happy and we laugh a lot which is always a good thing. Miss you all very much. xoxox
